Founder
Reflecting on three decades of growth and learning which was built on the principles of integrity and innovation has taught me valuable lessons through both challenges and triumphs which i'll be forever grateful for and also wishing the company to succeed further heights.

As a third generation leading the Company I am grateful for our strong foundation and looking forward to honoring our legacy while fostering innovation and growth while keeping customer relationship as our top priority.

Our Team

Over the years

1991

The company started as a partnership in a small shed measuring 1000 sq. feet with one set of machines.
1994

Expanded to a 2400 sq. feet space and imported a new multi-station machine from Korea
2000

Expanded further and moved to a 7000 sq. feet building, housing about seven sets of machines.
2005-2008

Started construction of a new factory building and moved to the Karnataka Industrial Development Area (KIADB) in 2008, with state-of-the-art facilities.
2012-2014

Acquired adjacent land and constructed two new buildings (plot no. 70 and 71), increasing total space to 3000 sq. feet with 20 cold forging machines.
2018

New director Mr. Sanketh joined to assist in transferring the factory to modern systems and technology, with new machines added yearly until 2023.
2024

The company now boasts 27 sets of various cold forging machines, serving as tier 2 suppliers for manufacturing companies in India.
